Our Domain Appraisal Service provides an estimate of a domain's market value based on an analysis of 7 key factors, including market trends, comparable sales, and domain characteristics. The appraisal is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee a specific sale price.

2. Payment Terms

The fee for a domain appraisal is $79 USD per domain. Payment must be made in full before the appraisal process begins. All payments are non-refundable once the appraisal has been completed.

3. Delivery Timeframe

​

Appraisals typically take between 3-5 business days to complete. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on workload or special circumstances. Clients will be notified if there are any delays.

4. Use of Appraisal

​

The appraisal provided by JohnGardner.com is strictly for your personal use and should not be considered a definitive market value, but rather a professional estimate. The appraisal may not be posted, emailed, published, publicized, or shown to any third party without express written permission from JohnGardner.com.

5. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the domain(s) to be appraised. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the outcome of the appraisal.

6. Limitation of Liability

JohnGardner.com is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or interpretation of the appraisal report. The appraisal is a subjective estimate and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

7. No Guarantee of Sale

While the appraisal may offer insights into the domain’s value, it does not guarantee a sale or any specific outcome.

8. Modifications to the Service

JohnGardner.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Domain Appraisal Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law
